3C Media Solutions

A recent update of the 3C Media Solutions website has streamlined the content, making it easier to find and use than ever before. This new repository for the California Community Colleges system will have between 8,000-9,000 videos per year available—for free; 6,000 of which will be instructional!

3C Media Solutions is the educational media distribution source for video content, podcasts, and event coverage for the 112 campuses of the CCC System.

3C Media Solutions is partnering with all of the California Community Colleges and other systemwide content producers to offer recordings of instructional classes, webinars, conferences and other educational content on their website. This is a collaborative effort to advance distance learning and support the mission of the CCC system by acquiring and distributing educational and professional development programming for use by CCC faculty and staff. 3C Media Solutions technology benefits the faculty, staff and students of the CCC system by providing relevant and necessary information at a time when budgetary constraints are limiting access to information. 3C Media Solutions’ content will be viewable on all desktop and mobile devices.

3C Media Solutions services include:
  • Educational and professional development programs
  • Conference Solutions
  • Webcasting
  • Production support
  • Podcasting services
  • Video recordings
In addition, 3C Media Solutions provides the following services:
  • Live webcasts of CCC Board of Governors meetings
  • Expanded distribution of content created by faculty and staff
  • Assistance with capturing that special key-note speaker, or an entire conference
  • Server space for faculty and staff of the CCC system to house podcast files
For more information on how easy it is to partner with 3C Media Solutions for your video hosting and content production needs, contact Tiffiny Hickey at 760-744-1150 X 1527 or email support@3cmediasolutions.org.

3C Media Solutions, which was formerly known as CCCSAT, was established in 1998. It is a grant-funded project based at Palomar College in San Marcos, California, and it is supported by the Technology, Research, and Information Systems Division of the CCC Chancellor’s Office
