San Jose State University (SJSU) is teaming up with US Cyber Challenge, Visa and the Bay Area Council to host a series of exciting events aimed at increasing the capacity of the regional cybersecurity workforce.  We are currently recruiting event participants, particularly for the April 6th Day camp.  We would greatly appreciate your assistance in disseminating this information within your networks.

Upcoming opportunities include:

April US Cyber Challenge Cyber Quests:  Cyber Quests is an online cybersecurity competition.  Top scorers earn a spot in the California Cyber Challenge Summer Camp—held at San José State. Register for Cyber Quests starting on March 29.  More information on Cyber Quests can be found at uscc.cyberquests.org.

US Cyber Challenge, Northern California Cybersecurity Summer Boot Camp:SJSU will host a weeklong boot camp for top Cyber Quests competitors. Participants will work with leaders in the field and learn how to evaluate network security and gain firsthand experience detecting intrusions through simulated attacks.
